Arrest made in New Orleans hotel shooting

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans police said they’ve made an arrest in this week’s shooting death of a woman at a Canal Street hotel.
Police said 21-year-old Troy Gloston-Phelps was booked with second-degree murder in the Tuesday night shooting.
Police said a search warrant for the hotel turned up ‘‘several’’ hidden firearms. Ballistics tests of the weapons were planned.
A judge on Thursday ordered the hotel shut down, at least temporarily.
